The Fire Resistance Test has been performed in accordance with BS 476:Part 22:1987, Clauses 7, on a Partially Insulated, Single-Acting, Single-Leaf & Double-Leaf Timber Doorsets. ------ The report issued by Warrington Fire Research Centre Ltd., UK.

Interior Hemlock Doors exported to Japan, exempt from examinations and awarded the F4 Quality Certificate (No. MFN-0540) issued by the Japanese Government Ministry in 2003.

SGS Test Report (No.2012731/LD) on Adhesive and Hardener

The Test Conculsion: The Adhesive and Hardener comply with the stated requirements of the European Standard on Safety of Toys, EN 71 Part 3:1994.

-- The structures are often applied to flush doors in Honeycomb Cored or Solid Wood Cored. -- JIALI door's long-lasting appearance comes from its structure stabilization. The lumber is always well kiln-dried with the moisture content controlled to the local yearly average equilibrium, or to that specified on request.
-- The lumber is effectively pretreated to resist shrinking and twisting, also free from decay and insect attack.

Structure for Molded Door

-- The structure is applied to most of JIALI Molded Doors,covered with quality HDF/MDF panel-molded door skin, framed in solid wood / fingerjointed wood stiles & rails, cored in strengthened honeycomb-paper, or in wooden space joists.
